Design of Instructional Materials for Manufacturing

While attending college, I worked as an assembly technician at AT&T in Guadalajara, Mexico. The director of Training & Education noticed my natural desire to teach others and invited me to join his team.

I became a facilitator, leading workshops for middle-aged adults and developing training materials that became key in obtaining and renewing our ISO certification.
